I had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. It's not only clean and comfortable, but also just a short walk from the central plaza and local markets. The staff made us feel welcome and handled our luggage with care, despite the absence of an elevator. However, the dining options could use some improvement as the menu was limited, and not everything we ordered hit the mark. Still, the breakfast was decent and a good way to start the day.

Our room was on the third floor towards the back, which was very quiet and comfortable. Elizabeth, our housekeeper, was fantastic and always ensured we had extra towels daily.

I had a pleasant stay at this boutique hotel, enjoying a great central location that made exploring Oaxaca easy. The hotel is charming, but the rooms left something to be desired due to their size and lack of natural light. The staff was friendly and helpful, and while breakfast was satisfactory, a few more options would have been nice. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable experience, but there's room for improvement in some areas.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was quite dark and a bit cramped, with old heavy furniture that didn't make it feel welcoming. It faced a courtyard, so noise was an issue, but I appreciated the cleanliness.
Service
9.0
The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even helping with our luggage up to the third floor without any hassle. We had a late check-out, and they were understanding about it.
Location

Unbeatable location! Just a 5-minute walk to Zocalo, with plenty of great eateries and attractions within walking distance. It was easy to immerse ourselves in the city's vibrant culture.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was adequate to get the day going, though I would have liked to see a bit more variety in the options offered.
Facilities

The hotel had a lovely courtyard and roof terrace, but I felt some of the facilities could use a refresh to match the charm of the location and service.

This hotel is a delightful gem in the heart of Oaxaca, with a beautiful courtyard and a quiet atmosphere just a short walk from the zocalo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though ventilation could be improved. The restaurant offers excellent breakfast options, but dining service may take some time during busy periods. Overall, it's a great choice for those looking for both charm and convenience in their stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, which was even more charming in person than in the pictures. The location was perfectly situated just a couple of blocks from the zocalo and near some fantastic restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although some were a bit basic. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. However, the breakfast service was slow during our stay, which was a bit of a downside.

I had a wonderful experience at this charming boutique hotel, which has a lovely courtyard that's perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. My room was spacious and comfortable, though the initial room felt a bit cramped. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure my stay was enjoyable, but I found the breakfast options a little confusing. Overall, the location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the main square, making it easy to enjoy local attractions.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and well-appointed, though the first room I saw was a bit too small for my liking. The bathroom was good-sized and I appreciated the sweet little touches like the flower-shaped Kleenex.
Service
7.0
The staff were really nice and went out of their way to help with parking, which I truly appreciated. However, during breakfast service, it did feel a bit chaotic and I've seen more organized service elsewhere.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic, just a five-minute stroll to the Zocalo with great dining options all around. It felt conveniently central while still being away from the noise of the main square.
Dining
6.0
The dining options offered good quality food, but I found the breakfast process to be a bit complex and took longer than expected, especially with other guests around.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel boasts a delightful courtyard and has a cozy dining area that you can enjoy at any time, making it a nice spot for relaxation.
